The PRS and MCPS royalties collection agency have reached an agreement with SoundColoud to facilitate increase revenue generation by SoundCloud. Intended as the first step towards subscription and advertising revenue in 2016, content creators on SoundCloud will be able to benefit from new monetization options in the future.
