ampLion Pro
Following its update earlier this month, we today review ampLion Pro from Audiffex.
I (SF) have tried it out both in its standalone and VST plugin versions and — after initially being overwhelmed by the number of parameters, and somewhat underwhelmed by some of the presets — have found it to be a convincing simulation of real-world guitar rig(at times too much so → all that hum!)… The included noise gate is invaluable!
